Double Split Tapered Bushings are used on sheaves, sprockets and pulleys to provide increased clamping force over standard bore-to-size components. They are tapered in design with flanges and utilize cap screws to tighten on the shaft. The double split design assures better concentricity to the shaft and provides the highest degree of mechanical locking component to component. Most sizes are contructed of ductile iron to provide strength and duarability. Each Split Taper Bushing series is produced in a number of different bore size options, most that include a keyway, allowing users flexibility when using sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in applications that may utilize various shaft sizes.

The flexibility of a notched belt, the power of aramid cords and the stability that's exclusive to Gates Super HC™ construction. Our Super HC XP™ Notched Premium belts are designed for applications where standard notched V-belts fail. They are tested to transmit an average of 50% more horsepower than our standard Super HC Molded Notch belts, which helps reduce the overall drive width, weight and cost.

Gates® MegaCrimp™ couplings are designed for use with Gates® wire braid hydraulic hoses to create a robust, leak-free assembly. The pre-assembled coupling is designed with a patented "C" insert attached to the ferrule. This design ensures that crimping forces are evenly distributed to form a concentric, leak-free seal. One MegaCrimp™ coupling size can accommodate various one-and two-wire braid hydraulic hoses of different constructions and wall thicknesses, simplifying inventory requirements, helping to reduce costs and simplifying coupling selection.
