The NIBCO® Press System® copper male adapter features an inboard bead and EPDM O-ring. Simply applying pressure from a pressing tool tightens the O-ring onto the tube, ensuring a clean, watertight seal in seconds, with no flame, solder or flux. The male adapter has a press connection and male NPT thread. The fitting provides a method for adapting a press connection to a threaded connection.
Cut and sewn vinyl impregnated gloves provide basic protection. The 9810 series features russett color clute pattern and a slip-on cuff.
