The wrapped classical section Hi-Power™ V-belt has a long reputation for reliability on agricultural and industrial applications. The arched top of the Hi-Power belt provides superior strength to prevent "dishing" and distortion of the tensile section. The cords are properly aligned, each of them carrying its full share of the load.
Sure-Grip® quick detachable bushings are easy to install and remove. Split-through flange and taper provide a true clamp on the shaft that is equivalent to a shrink fit. All sizes except JA and QT have a set screw over the key to help maintain the bushing's position on the shaft until the cap screws are securely tightened. Versatile Sure-Grip® bushings permit the mounting of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the mounting of different sheaves on the same shaft using the same bushing.

Shaft lock is achieved by either setscrew or Skwezloc® concentric locking collar. The felt seal with flinger provide a good balance between contaminant entry, GoldPlex® HP grease loss and friction. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in both inch and metric shaft sizes with a wide variety of cast iron, stamped steel or rubber mount housings, sealing and lubrication options or industry specific solutions.
