The MABasic 850 is a professional-grade portable magnetic drill designed for continuous use with: 16 Amp, double-insulated motor, 4-speed gearbox (110, 175, 245, 385 RPM), a 10" stroke, and a Morse Taper 3 spindle for easy changeover to different cutting tools. Powerful and portable, this drill cuts holes up to 3-1/16" dia. with annular cutters. The drill's MT3 design, coupled with the included 3/4" geared chuck, easily converts the MABasic 850 to a standard drill press for conventional twist drilling up to 1-1/4” diameter. The MABasic 850 is equipped with an internal lubrication system that increases the life of annular cutters by reducing friction and wear. The machine’s magnet has a holding strength of 6000 lbs.
