1/2 in C-style conduit bodies are attached to 1/2 in threaded rigid or IMC conduits when a change of direction is required. Their removable cover makes general maintece and wire pulling and feed through easy and convenient. Commonly used for electrical service entrance wires or as an economical convenience box when extra wire capacity is needed.
