Sure-Grip® quick detachable bushings are easy to install and remove. Split-through flange and taper provide a true clamp on the shaft that is equivalent to a shrink fit. All sizes except JA and QT have a set screw over the key to help maintain the bushing's position on the shaft until the cap screws are securely tightened. Versatile Sure-Grip® bushings permit the mounting of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the mounting of different sheaves on the same shaft using the same bushing.

TRAKROL® bearings feature black oxide treated bearing steel. They utilize either a precision ball or tapered roller bearing insert for longer operating life under combination radial and thrust loads. The capacity for combination loads allows the TRAKROL® bearing to be available in plain (cylindrical), V-groove and flanged outside diameter in both stud and yoke styles. Small sizes less than 3 in outside diameter or point diameter use sealed ball bearing inserts. They also use a NYLAPLATE® seal for additional protection. Stud type configurations utilize a metal end plug seal on the roller face providing a long lasting seal. Both bearing types provide a large internal grease reservoir along with special sealing.
