The wrapped classical section Hi-Power™ V-belt has a long reputation for reliability on agricultural and industrial applications. Fist Grip® wire rope clips from Crosby® differ from traditional wire rope clips, with bolts and heavy hex nuts comprising the design. This allows for the nuts to be installed in a way that lets the operator swing the wrench in a full arc for quick install. Saddles are forged steel, with the entire clip galvanized for corrosion resistance.
Provides an efficiency rating of 80% for sizes 3/16" - 7/8", and 90% for sizes 1" - 1-1/2". All sizes meet or exceed all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements. All sizes also meet additional critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not address by ASME B30.26.
