- After mounting, for tight transition fit (keeping inner ring from rotating relative to shaft), inner ring OD must not exceed raceway diameter on matching bearing
- After mounting, if OD of inner ring exceeds the required raceway diameter for matching bearing, ring should be ground to proper diameter while mounted to shaft
