Pipe & Tubing Cutters

For use in extremely tight places, mini tubing cutters require minimal swing around the tubing. Mini tubing cutters can be used on copper, steel, stainless steel and aluminum tubing. MC2GRIP has rounded corners and edges of the body for a more comfortable grip when rotating the cutter around tubing. After tightening the feed screw, mini tubing cutters work faster by providing a more consistent cutting force on the wheel.

The New Model RC-2375 Large Diameter Ratcheting Plastic Pipe and Tubing Cutter expands RIDGID® product offering for plastic pipe specific tools. The advanced blade design combined with the ratcheting mechanism, work together to reduce the amount of hand force needed to cut through hard plastic material. A quick-change blade pin enables the user to change blades in a matter of seconds without tools, saving valuable time and increasing productivity. This pin also assures that there will be no lost clips or misplaced screws during a blade change. With a 23 /8 in (63 mm) O.D. capacity, the RC-2375 easily cuts plastic pipe and tubing such as PVC and CPVC, as well as PEX, polyethylene, polybutylene and rubber hose.

Models 150 and 150-L still provide best-in-class cutting accuracy and cutter wheel life, a constant swing radius design that makes them useful in tight space applications and an enclosed feed screw to prevent clogging or jamming. In addition, a spare cutter wheel is still included in the knob for maximum uptime, and a fold-away reamer is stored in the frame for proper tube preparation.

The RIDGID® 206 and 246 Soil Pipe Cutters utilize an integral ratchet handle centered on the pipe. This is especially useful when cutting pipe in trenches, and helps keep the width of the trench to a minimum. Both use a unique hooking mechanism to make hooking the chain easier. The 206 uses the same chain as the 226 and 276, while the chain on the 246 is larger and allows it to cut 4 in class 22 water main and 2 to 5 in extra heavy duty soil pipe.
