- Slide over pipe, use silicone sealant between base and surface, then secure with sheet metal screws
- Flexible base conforms to most flat or contoured roof surfaces including clay tile and metal roofs, sliding over vent pipe with pitch from 0-45
- Non-fading EPDM collar provides maximum resistance to weathering caused by ozone and UV rays
- Rated to withstand 212F continuous heat and approved for Type B installations, intermittent temperature resistance to 275F
- Do not use petroleum based products on Retro Master Roof Flashings
