Pressure Relief Valves
Bell & Gossett 110135 Safety Relief Valve With 1 in NPT Tapping, 1 in Nominal, NPT End Style, 125 psig Pressure, Brass Body
Bell & Gossett diaphragm operated cast iron and diaphragm-assist operated bronze ASME Safety Relief Valves are designed to protect fired and unfired hot water pressure vessels against over-pressure conditions. These valves feature a unique failsafe disc with sufficient area to permit the valves to maintain their safety relief function in the event of a diaphragm rupture. These valves are designed, manufactured, tested and labeled in accordance with the requirements of Section IV of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code. They are offered in a wide range of capacities to permit a close match with the boiler output rating.
WATTS® 0066100 100XL Self-Closing Temperature/Pressure Relief Valve, 3/4 in Nominal, MNPT x FNPT End Style, 150 psi Pressure, Brass Body
This 3/4 inch temperature and pressure relief valve is used to provide automatic temperature and pressure protection to hot water supply tanks and hot water heaters up to 105,000 BTU/hr. It features a brass body with NPT male inlet and NPT female outlet connections, unique thermostat with special thermo-bonded coating, and a test lever. This valve is ASME rated and CSA listed. Temperature relief is 210 degree F (99 degree C). Pressure relief is set at 150 psi.
WATTS® 0371271 530C Calibrated Pressure Relief Valve, 1/2 in Nominal, MNPT x FNPT End Style, 50 to 175 psi Pressure, Brass Body
This 1/2 inch calibrated pressure relief valve is used in commercial, residential and industrial applications to protect against excessive pressure in systems containing water, oil, or air. It consists of a bronze body construction with NPT threaded male inlet and NPT threaded female (drain) outlet connections, stainless steel spring, brass bonnet, Buna-N disc, and Buna-N O-ring. Series 530C has a calibrated adjustment feature for setting the valve to the required relief pressure, and is ideal for bypass thermal expansion pressure relief (not ASME approved). It is for use in fire protection systems. The maximum pressure is 300 psi (20.67 bar). The adjustable pressure range is 50 to 175 psi (3.45 to 12.06 bar).
