Double Split Tapered Bushings are used on sheaves, sprockets and pulleys to provide increased clamping force over standard bore-to-size components. They are tapered in design with flanges and utilize cap screws to tighten on the shaft. The double split design assures better concentricity to the shaft and provides the highest degree of mechanical locking component to component. Most sizes are contructed of ductile iron to provide strength and duarability. Each Split Taper Bushing series is produced in a number of different bore size options, most that include a keyway, allowing users flexibility when using sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in applications that may utilize various shaft sizes.
The Polly™ is a sleeve type Hollow Wall Anchor designed for use in base materials such as plaster, wallboard or hollow tile. Once the anchor has been set, the screw may be removed as often as necessary without affecting the Anchor.
