Inner Rings can be integrated with shell-type or various machined needle roller bearings to provide good roller support without worrying about premature shaft wear. We heat-treat and grind our Inner Rings to tight tolerances to create hard, tough raceways for applications where it is impossible to make shaft surfaces to a specific hardness or roughness attribute. They're an economical alternative to bushings because they don't require any additional machining. Wide Inner Rings are also available to accommodate shafts that move axially or seals that are adjacent to bearings. Inner Rings come in a broad range of shaft diameters and assembly elements include small chamfers or gentle taper relief options. These rings are designed to provide a durable surface for shell-type needle roller bearings with non-machined raceways in-type IRB series shaft diameters range from 5/16 to 2-1/2 in.

Brute force c-clamps boast a drop forged frame, black oxide coating and clamping pressure ranging up to 40,000 lbs. Browning® mounted ball bearings feature multiple housing styles, materials and configurations, an extended inner race insert bearing with ball riding nylon retainer. The insert features a rivet to prevent outer ring rotation and is available with setscrew, eccentric, or BOA concentric locking collar. The contact seal, with black oxide treated flinger provides a good balance between contaminant resistance, grease loss and friction. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in inch and metric bore with a wide variety of cast iron, stamped steel or rubber mount housings or specific industry solutions as illustrated on the pages to follow.
