The principle of a variable pitch sheave is that the threaded angular faced discs forming the V-shaped groove in which the belt rides are movable. VP sheaves consist of a male with a threaded barrel, and a female with a threaded bore. The male section with threaded barrel has flat surfaces at 180 deg increments that allow a flat surface for the setscrew to mate with. When the discs are moved toward each other, the belt rides higher in the groove and the pitch diameter of the sheave is larger which increases the driven speed. When the discs are moved away from each other, the belt rides lower and the pitch diameter is smaller decreasing the driven speed. The common term for this speed adjustment is called number of turns open from closed position.

QO and QOB one, two and three pole thermal magnetic circuit breakers provide overcurrent protection and switching on ac and dc systems. These circuit breakers have an over center, trip free toggle mechanism with quick make, quick break action and positive handle indication. They also have VisiTrip trip indication, which provides a visual indication that the circuit breaker has tripped and interrupted the circuit. A full line of features and factory installed accessories are also available such as shunt trips, auxiliary switches and alarm switches. This 2 pole QO circuit breaker is rated at 25A at 120/240VAC. This unit provides 10kA breaking capacity and plug in mounting. QO circuit breakers are UL Listed under UL File E84967 and are CSA Certified under CSA Master Contract 153555.
Milwaukee® Thunderbolt® 49-56-8010 Tapered Pilot Drill, 1/4 in, 1/4 in D Cutting, HSS
Milwaukee® Thunderbolt® pilot bits are designed for extreme durability and long life. The Thunderbolt® web features a thicker core than a standard pilot bit, which provides ultimate strength and protects against side-load breakage. A specially designed parabolic flute form clears chips and debris fast to keep the bit cool. A precision start, 135° split point tip starts on contact to keep the bit from walking for fast, accurate holes. Excellent for drilling on curved surfaces, requires less effort to drill and is highly recommended for use with portable drills.
