Hougen "12000 Series" cutters were the original annular cutters invented over 35 years ago. With the most features of any annular cutter, "12000 Series" cutters provide the best performance in the largest variety of materials. Compared to traditional tooling (twist drills, etc.) "12000 Series" cutters can multiply your cutting speed by up to 3 times. And you get longer tool life, a more accurate hole, a better finish, with no burrs. Hougen cutters maximize feed rates because up to 10 cutting edges distribute the cutting load evenly. "12000 Series" cutters convert a smaller area to chips, requiring less horsepower and thrust.

Crosby jaw & jaw turnbuckles are the perfect rigging solution for closed connection points. The jaw end fitting on both ends can open, allowing you to connect to eye bolts, lifting lugs, and other similar rigging equipment.
The forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for sizes between 1/4" and 5/8", and pins and cotters on all larger turnbuckles. Crosby turnbuckles are designed to easily handle the demands of most rigging applications, ensuring superior performance and a long lifespan.

The jaw end fittings are normalized or endure Crosby's Quenched and Tempered® process to provide consistent performance for critical applications. The turnbuckle bodies are heat-treated for added strength. Hot-dip galvanizing deposits a protective layer on components and helps prevent corrosion, extending both the service life and the appearance of the steel.
