THE TORCH™ metal-cutting blades with the Double Duty Upgrade™ feature a tooth form optimized for the longest life and maximum durability. Tough Neck™ is engineered to protect against tang breakage and delivers the strongest SAWZALL® blade tang on the market. Grid Iron™ features a stamped honeycomb pattern throughout the body of the blade that greatly increases the rigidity of the blade, making it the stiffest metal cutting SAWZALL® blade on the market. These blades are ideal for making tough, straight cuts.

Thin Kerf metal-cutting blades with the Double Duty Upgrade™ feature a tooth form that is optimized for the longest life and increased speed. Tough Neck™ is engineered to protect against tang breakage and delivers the strongest SAWZALL® blade tang on the market. Maintaining a short profile and thin body, these blades are ideal for making fast, flexible cuts.

Browning® shear pin hubs are designed to shear a necked pin at a predetermined load. This protects equipment from overloads. Consisting of a hub assembly, a sprocket and shear pin, the shear pin bridges between the sprocket and hub assembly. The shear pin is available in load increments, so the closest one to your application requirements must be chosen. Resetting the shear pin hub is accomplished manually by replacing the shear pin. Best applied to applications where infrequent overloads are encountered.

TB (Taped Lock Style) Bushings are used on sheaves, sprockets and pulleys to provide increased clamping force over standard bore-to-size components. They are tapered in design without flanges and utilize screws to tighten on the shaft. Their compact design makes them convienent in many applications that are space-constrained. Each TB Bushing size is produced in a number of different finished bore options that include a keyway, as well as a minimum plain bore option. This allows users flexibility when using TB style sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in applications that may utilize various shaft sizes.

Milwaukee® designs and manufactures SAWZALL® blades for the toughest professional applications. Material, blade geometry and heat treating are designed to maximize metal cutting performance.
