Conveyor Shafts
Conveyor coupling shafts are used to join individual lengths of conveyor screws and allow for rotation within the hanger bearing. Steel couplings are normally furnished, however couplings with hardened bearing surfaces may be furnished where highly abrasive materials are being conveyed. Jig drilling allows for ease of installation.

Transport chain is considered the chain of choice for load binding applications. It is also well suited for tie-downs, towing and logging operations. IKO manufactures an economical series of Combined Needle Roller Bearings, comprised of both radial and thrust bearings. Caged needle roller bearings act as radial bearings, while thrust ball or roller bearings serve as thrust bearings. This series is available in four styles, including designs that incorporate thrust ball bearings, thrust roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings or three-point contact ball bearings. Applications include machine tools, textile equipment and industrial machinery. Needle roller bearings with angular contact ball bearings are designed to withstand heavy radial loads and unidirectional axial loads at the same time.
Browning® offers a comprehensive line of off the shelf gears, including spur, miter and bevel as well as change gears. These are available in 20 deg pressure angle from 20 to 4 diametral pitch and 14.5 deg pressure angle from 48 to 3 diametral pitch. They are all designed to increase output, reduce costs and avoid the need for custom specials.
