IDC Select® light duty bored-to-size sheaves are available in single and two groove designs for A-B and 3L-4L-5L belts. Each unit is supplied with a keyway and a set screw over the keyway. They are precision machined from 25 gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted with a baked enamel finish and individually packaged.

They are statically balanced, and powder coated (painted) with a smooth attractive finish. BK sheaves are designed for use "B" belts, "4L" belts, as well as "A" belts & "5L" belts. They are common in many belt driven industrial power transmission applications, and most often utilized in HVAC equipment.
