MasterDrive 3535-1.5/8 3535 3 Socket Tapered Bushing, 1.62 in Dia Bore, 4.83 in Dia Barrel, 5 in OAL, Cast Iron
TB (Taped Lock Style) Bushings are used on sheaves, sprockets and pulleys to provide increased clamping force over standard bore-to-size components. They are tapered in design without flanges and utilize screws to tighten on the shaft. Their compact design makes them convienent in many applications that are space-constrained. Each TB Bushing size is produced in a number of different finished bore options that include a keyway, as well as a minimum plain bore option. This allows users flexibility when using TB style sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in applications that may utilize various shaft sizes.
MasterDrive 3535-1.7/16 3535 3 Socket Tapered Bushing, 1.43 in Dia Bore, 4.83 in Dia Barrel, 5 in OAL, Cast Iron

Browning® Gearbelt® 3514148 Solid Type DF Synchronous Timing Pulley With Flange, 1/2 to 2 in QD® Bore, 4.138 in OD, 26 Grooves, 4.138 in Dia Pitch, 2-11/32 in W Face
Synchronous belt drives help reduce the problems of slippage, belt stretch, lubrication and metal to metal contact. They provide superior performance because power is transmitted by positive engagement of belt teeth rather than by friction, as in conventional belt drives.
Martin Hi-Cap® 8 3V 530 SK Solid Type A-1 Wedge Stock Sheave, 1/2 to 2-5/8 in QD® Bushed Bore, 5.3 in OD, 8 Grooves, 5-1/4 in Dia Pitch, 3.531 in W Face
Hi-Cap® sheaves (narrow V-belts) are manufactured from class 30 gray iron (30,000 tensile strength) and can have a maximum speed of 6500 fpm. All Martin sheaves are statically balanced. Dynamic balancing should be considered for any sheaves exceeding 5000 fpm, or if they will be used on equipment where vibration is a problem. Martin has extensive inventories of both QD and TB style V-belt sheaves to run with 3V, 5V, and 8V belts.
