Thixotropic, methacrylate ester acrylic thread sealant liquid designed for threaded fittings commonly found in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Loctite® 5452 is a purple, thixotropic, methacrylate ester acrylic thread sealant liquid designed for threaded fittings commonly found in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is useful with dry seal fittings such as O-Ring boss style connectors. It can be used as a sealant on mating surfaces of flare style fittings. It contains no fillers or particles that can interfere with a hydraulic system.

Sealant paste designed for metal threaded pipes and fittings in industrial applications which is particularly suitable for sealing steel metal joints. Loctite® 5770 is an Off-White to purplish gray dimethacrylate ester acrylic sealant paste designed for locking and sealing metal threaded pipes and fittings in industrial applications. It prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration and is particularly suitable for sealing steel metal joints where high temperature and high pressure resistance is required.
