The United Abrasives-SAIT 5" X 5/16"-24 PSA Backing Pad is for use with use with PSA adhesive backed sanding discs. The threaded pad is for use on disc sanders.
For versatility you can use your Milwaukee® mini grinder for sanding operations as well. This lightweight polypropylene backing pad kit converts Milwaukee® 6140-6, 6148-6, 6149-6 and 6151 to a sander.
Use this kit to replace the self-sticking pad on your Milwaukee® orbital sander model 6010-6. The tool is also provided with clamps so that you may choose to use adhesive backed or regular sandpaper.
