Build your very own lamp design with the Make-A-Lamp Electrified Candlestick and Bottle Adapter Kit. This easy-to-use lamp-making kit allows you to efficiently turn your favorite vase or a treasured bottle into your own handmade lamp creation. The correct size bottle adapter easily attaches a push-through socket to your lamp base when you use the included hardware. Along with the socket, three rubber bottle adapters and hardware, this kit includes an 8 ft, 18 ga cord set. The socket is rated at 660 W, 250 V and takes a standard base bulb with a 150 W maximum. These pieces fit together easily, so you can avoid any frustrating building hassles.

The three-way pull chain socket can be used to replace a worn or broken socket or to build an entirely new light fixture. This socket pairs with a three-way bulb to offer three light levels. The pull chain switch is well suited to floor or table fixtures and its brass finish lends a classic look and effectively withstands heat. Thanks to its straight bracket design, installation is easy. UL listed and CSA approved for safety, it is rated for 250 W maximum and 250 V. The 2-1/4 in H socket has a tapped 1/8-IP bushing and uses medium base bulbs.
